Drew Miller has been an insurance broker in Santa Cruz County since 1980, initially as a partner in a local insurance agency and since 2000, as the owner of Drew Miler Insurance Services, Inc. Drew has been recognized as a top producing broker for numerous insurance companies including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Guardian, Kaiser Permanente, Mass Mutual and Northwestern National.

A graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont, Drew has completed a wide variety of industry education programs focusing on life insurance, employee benefits, disability and senior products.

Drew is also an active community member and now serves or has served on the boards of Hospice Caring Project, The United Way of Santa Cruz County, Santa Cruz County Life Underwriters, Temple Beth El, The Downtown Association, the Rotary Club of Santa Cruz, the Museum of Art and History and the Kuumbwa Jazz Center. In his leisure time, Drew enjoys traveling and photography. A resident of Santa Cruz County since 1971, he resides in Scotts Valley.

Eileen Russell is a licensed California Health & Life Insurance agent who has been part of Drew Miller Insurance Services, Inc. since 2001. Eileen's background experience as a client manager for a natural health foods distributor and as an office manager for a local Osteopath has made for a natural transition into the health insurance field. From day one Eileen was impressed with the experience and integrity that defines Drew Miller Insurance Services and enjoys being part of this team.

Having moved from her hometown of Cleveland OH., Eileen Russell has been a Santa Cruz resident since 1984. Eileen values her personal and professional relationships she has developed over the last 24 years in Santa Cruz County. Eileen attended Cabrillo College with a focus in women's studies. Eileen loves to travel, enjoys cooking, and has a new interest in photography. Most of all Eileen loves spending time with family and friends.

Ross McClenahan was born and raised in Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1998 with a BA. He moved to Santa Cruz, CA in 2002 and came to work for Drew Miller Insurance Services in December 2003. With a strong background in client services and account management he naturally fit into our mission of providing superior one-on-one care and guidance to each client.

Since 2003 he has achieved and maintained a California State Life Insurance License, completed a MA from San Jose State University, and kept on top of current Insurance trends by participating in continuing education and various seminars. Ross McClenahan is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Rotary Club of Santa Cruz Sunrise, and the Long Marine Lab Marine Mammal Stranding Network. Other interests include spending quality time with family and pets, photography, web development, camping, and auto restoration.
