Thank you again for all the work you did to help us out.  I know it was a lot and it was an incredible relief and support to us (me, especially!) that you took care of it...truly, I would have been completely lost (and probably had a nervous breakdown) trying to sort through such a maize of bureaucracy and paperwork. So thank you loads for your kindness, patience and competency through these many months. I thought you would like to know also, that the provider wrote off the balance as well as some of the other doctors!  So the picture is looking much better.
